SIA Baltic Marketplace, Reg. No. 40203565881, Ormaņu iela 15 - 6, Riga, LV-1002 (hereinafter – the online store) provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.


1. General Terms

When a consumer purchases goods or services through the website, such an agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts. These laws include, but are not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts".


2. Purchasing

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are listed next to each product.
To place an order, add the selected products to the shopping cart.
Fill in all required fields and choose the preferred delivery method.
The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be shown before confirming the purchase. Make the payment to complete the order.



3. Payment Terms

The currency for transactions on the website is Euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
  • Latvian internet banking: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
  • Estonian internet banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Lithuanian internet banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Finnish internet banking: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
NB! When using internet banking, confirm your order and click “Return to merchant”.
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes effective upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the paid amount refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notice.
Additional payment methods: The online store may add new payment methods or restrict some depending on country or other conditions. All changes will be communicated during the order process.



4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia. Delivery is carried out using the following service providers: Omniva, DPD, Itella, Venipak, and Latvijas Pasts. All fees and taxes related to receiving the shipment in the destination country must be paid by the Buyer. Delivery costs are specified before confirming the order. Typically, products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2–5 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer in advance.



5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: This right does not apply to the following items:
  • Goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods that perish quickly or have a short shelf life
  • Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the product may only be used for its intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period. If the product is improperly used, damaged, handled carelessly, the original packaging is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the loss in product value.
To withdraw, submit the withdrawal form, available here: info@kliksel.lv, and send it within 14 days of receiving the goods.



6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect in the product sold to the Buyer that appears within 14 days of delivery, if the defect existed at the time of delivery. The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days after identifying the issue, by submitting a complaint.
Complaints can be submitted by emailing the online store at info@kliksel.lv, describing the issue and attaching photos or other evidence of the defect.
The online store is not responsible for defects caused by improper use after delivery. If the product is faulty and the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request repairs or replacement free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller will refund all payments defined in the Distance Contract. The Seller commits to respond to consumer complaints within 14 days.



7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

SIA Baltic Marketplace processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process only the data provided by the Buyer during order placement, such as name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
  • Order processing and delivery
  • Buyer identification and communication
  • Payment processing
  • With clear consent, for marketing and news updates
Personal data may be shared with third parties such as delivery and payment service providers.
SIA Baltic Marketplace commits to protecting buyer data and processing it in accordance with GDPR. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@kliksel.lv.



8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered in these terms, the Buyer and Seller agree to follow the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved through mutual negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in Latvian courts according to applicable law.
Consumers also have the right to contact:
  • The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), or
  • The European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform, if the buyer is an EU citizen (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
